The good news is YES if you also have a 3G iPhone4. One of the new feature of iOS 4.3 is the personal Hotspot.The Personal Hotspot update included in March’s iOS 4.3 update turns a 3G iPhone 4 into a portable wireless router that can share its Internet connection with other devices.
Here is the guide to let your wifi only iPad 2 share iPhone4 internet access.
1. Turn on the iPhone 4 Personal Hotspot from the Settings. you can set a password for the hotspot.
2. Your iPad2 should auto detect the iphone 4 hotspot, you just select it and input the password.
